i started trying to define muscle on and of for a bit up until a few months ago where i decided i'd do it a few days a week and try put on weight too. my goal is to reach 75kg and then go from there. it's going slow so far, i've always had trouble putting on weight.
goal is to put on 10kg and after that put on more. i put these pictures up for myself so i can hopefully look back at them when ive accomplished my goal and see the difference
