How I Started:
Started working out for High school wrestling and leaned all about the proper technique of weight lifting and i just progressed from there.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a sense of accomplishment. I like that I am in control of how my body looks and I love seeing the results of my hard work.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I take Supercharge from Labrada about 15 mins before lifting any weights. I also like to listen to some heavy metal,something to get me pumped.
