How I Started:
i started about 12 years ago and use to hit the gym hard 3 maybe 4 times a week gaining some good size but money and family issues made me quit so been out of action for the last 8 years and just getting back into it
Why I Love It:
im a bit sadistic but i love the pain you get the second day after a good workout and if it doesnt hurt then i havent done enough i guess thats where that famous saying comes from
How I Stay Motivated:
used to read flex alot and muscle and fitness has some good tip on training a diets also just would like to be as big as those guys
omg was just reading what this user has gone though and im really inspired im one of these people that always been fat so just thought thats how its gonna always be but seeing this just proves me wrong and i wanna be able to do the same
had a really good workout today as you know we are hitting one body part per day while we are on holiday and today was chest even tho we are still stuggling to walk from legs on monday (damn them squats) hehe , Which made warm up on the tredmill quite amussing ,shoulders ache a little to day not...
