Overall Goal: Trying to add probably about 20-25 lbs of muscle. Naturally a pretty good athlete but adding some muscle would definetly help me become even better.

Today was leg day... always my least favorite going in but usually I come out feeling like I accomplished the most.
Squat - 5x5 - 135, 185, 205, 205, 225 - Went A2G on all of them, first time being able to get 225 five times going A2G so I felt really good about that, maybe next week make it...
