When I Started:
Oct, 2003
How I Started:
My dad has worked out ever since I can remember. I became fascinated by seeing him change his body and he got me started.I became more serious about my training and diet in the past 3 years.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the way it makes me feel. I feel crappy and tired if I don't train or eat right. It is a very empowering feeling when you are doing something good for your body and making it stronger.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by studying as much as I can about nutrition and training. Looking at fitness mags help me to push myself because I don't want to settle for mediocrity. I want to look and feel good and that keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
I just finished my first competition in the Miss Bikini America pageant. I placed 3rd and though I very far from the goals I have set for myself, I am excited to train for my next competition. I want to develop my physique further and do more competions.

My goals are to compete regularly and lose more bodyfat!!
Goal (Long):
Ever since I can remember, I have always wished that I could look like fitness models and women in the Fitness America Pageants. When I went to college and decided to study Exercise and Sports Science, I realized if I was going to be making a living telling and helping others to get fit and active, I should look fit and be very active. I decided then to make my dream as a young girl to compete and look the best I could. I started researching and looking at everything about health and fitness I could. I started reading Oxygen ( my fave mag)and read practically every book in my school's library about health and fitness. I have just competed in my first competition and loved every minute of it. I was not as happy with my physique but I am determined to sculpt my body over the next year with training and nutrition. I love the fact that fitness is never an easy challenge, it takes dedication and lots of hard work. I wouldn't have it any other way! If it were easy it wouldn't feel as good! So my goal is to just simply get better with time!!
