Xtend and whey protein. For my protein and amino acid needs.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I have something to eat before working out, start drinking my Xtend, and just tell myself lets get some work done. I think about how bad I want to improve my physique.
Missed Thurs/Fri workouts, a little bummed. But still recovering and should be back to normal tomorrow--hopefully! Big hugs, and I hope you have a great workout week! xoxo Demetria :)
