How I Started:
after having having my last and 3rd baby i decided to make a life change. joined fitness clubs of canada and lost about 60lbs. i was a smoker for 15yrs on and off and quit cold turkey just befor i joing the gym. I couldn't even walk up a flight of stairs without huffing and puffing.when i plateux i found my new personal trainer and now i my goals have become bigger and better.
Why I Love It:
i love working out because it makes me feel amazing. it brings me confidence and seeing results from hard work makes me want to do more. keeps me healthy, body mind and spirit.
How I Stay Motivated:
because of the way it makes me feel. my secret stress reliever and endorphine. that's how i stay motivated and seeing my body change and reaching little mildstones makes the journey easy. my peronal trainer keeps me pumped and motivated. he keeps me looking forward to my long term goals with positive reinforcement
BB Accomplishments:
all of it. but the best part is the improuvment in my cardio-vascular endurance. from not being able to walk up a flight of stairs and a major asthmatic to running and not using my puffer for over 1yr. watch out i can lap you

my last weigh-in was april 24 i was 134lbs and 25% body fat. 33-26-34. i'm looking to see at the end of june to be 34-24-34 it's alot of hard work but considering my overall loss of 20lbs and 10% body fat since jan. I'm prety confident that i can reach my goal. I also want to improuve my overal definition and muscle tone. I'm hoping to have by the next 12 mths. the body of a fitness model. :))i can do it and i will succeed.
this member inspires me, common now just look at her. To work towards a figure like this is just a dream. She's like a ripped miss univers. PERFECT.
I hope i can her her motivation when the going gets tough.
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
1800 cals.
breakfast- 1 toast with jam, 1 cup cereal with low fat yogurt, 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup o.j., 1 cup skim mils, water
snack- either a protein shake (post workout),15 almonds, or 2 rice cakes with almond butter, water
lunch- 4oz chicken breast or fish, 1 cup mixes salade with 2tbl spoons light dressing 1 cup skim milk and water
snack- fruit (apple, banana...)
dinner- sm./med. baked potato, 6-7 oz white fish or chcken, 1 cup salade with light dressing, 1 cup brocolli, 1/2 cup cottage cheese
snack- almonds or something similar. (light and healthy)1800 cals.
