How I Started:
I had some personal issues with my relationship and started working out to diffuse some anger. Couple of years later I am substantially stronger, but still very pudgy. I eat badly, very badly.
Why I Love It:
I like seeing my body change personally. I enjoy the pump, but mainly, I like the immediate effects of a pump and like seeing how the human body reacts.
How I Stay Motivated:
One Word, IPOD! Angry Ipod music makes me remember my angry summer.

Ummm... none, I'm starting to get some definition, that's about it.

Goal (Long):
It's basically what I said above. Everyone always thought I had muscle below my shirt because of my frame.... but it was all pudge. Now I'd like it to be hard and also a little bigger.
I find it moderately easy as a guy to work out and enjoy the experience. I'm getting much stronger at a rapid pace. I'm sure I'll come to plateau soon enough but I'm hoping to bench press 315lbs.+ and shoulder press 225lbs. before that. I enjoy trying to see how much weigh I can handle...
I work out with a more organic approach. I usually switch between 3 workout days. Day 1 (Chest, shoulders, Triceps), Day 2 (Back, Biceps) and Day 3 (Legs). Everyone of these includes abs at the ends and at least 10 minutes of cardio.
