How I Started:
My then girlfriend (now wife) encouraged me to start working out a few years ago when I was scrawny and had a decent bit of bodyfat.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel more confident and feel better overall. It helps maintain an image for meeting with clients.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep taking pictures and measurements to watch my progress over time. Plus my wife pesters me if I start to slack off ;)
