i started really working out at like 16. i only weighed about 135. i said f this. now i am 174 but hitting a rock. i want to really increase size, and bench.
Why I Love It:
i love working out. looking good, and being ready for football and other sports.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by looking at pictures of me when i was smaller, thinking about people who said shit, and looking good for the girlfriend.
everyone tells me to eat right..... and i would love to... but one, not a big meant eater, dont really love eggs! wtf haha. i know for me to bulk i should have 6 meals a day, about every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. what should i eat what should i not eat? thanks
