How I Started:
Got started working out as a teen (remember the Hulkamania workout kit?)Continued in H.S. when I wanted to play Baseball. Periodically 'worked out' throughout my young adult years. Only started seriously bodybuilding within the last 3 years, when a co-worker got me serious about it.
Why I Love It:
I love the constant change and the ability to sculpt and 'mold' your body to what you want.
How I Stay Motivated:
#1 motivator is the mirror. Also, my life and others depend on me to be in good physical condition.
