I went to Gold's gym tonight and forgot they closed at 7pm. So I went to the 400sq foot gym at work (opened 24/7). Only problem is there is no leg machines. Have no fear.... I went back to the basics. The following were used: smith machine, flat bench, dumbbells, single stack pully...
well..sad to say but it was kind of lame! At least the Pens won though, but i have yet to have my first legal drink! This weekend i have a big meet..so probably next weekend? Who knows!
haha, yea thats what i said, much for joining for a challange. but hey whatever, in time it will all come back. I may be moving soon but i got 2 solid weeks to bust my ass in the gym.
im sorry but i dont feel the army is the way it used to be. the way it SHOULD be. its made so every can pass and do well, which is bullshit, but thats just my opinion... anyways yea i lost a lot of strength, my bench is weak, im little and really really skinny. well at least i think i am. Im not saying i look horrible i just prefer the way i was before the 15weeks of training.
well gains are always good... training is going. its rough, being back from the army im in the worst shape ive been in a year. lol. thats kinda sad i think.
awe thanks for noticing :) I am! That wed im going out to dinner w/ the parents probably..then that saturday out w/ my friend..but of course i won't be getting too wild..because that's not my style..and i have a big meet the next weekend ha
