I went to Gold's gym tonight and forgot they closed at 7pm. So I went to the 400sq foot gym at work (opened 24/7). Only problem is there is no leg machines. Have no fear.... I went back to the basics. The following were used: smith machine, flat bench, dumbbells, single stack pully...


Current Supplements:
Optimum 100% Whey Protein, 10 Lbs., Double Rich Chocolate

Reason: Quality protein in the morning and after workouts
Iron-Tek Essential Creatine Monohydrate, 1200 Grams

Reason: Gotta have creatine... iron-tek is dirty cheap. Dont forget to mix it with dextrose and kool-aid

im sorry but i dont feel the army is the way it used to be. the way it SHOULD be. its made so every can pass and do well, which is bull****, but thats just my opinion... anyways yea i lost a lot of strength, my bench is weak, im little and really really skinny. well at least i think i am. Im not saying i look horrible i just prefer the way i was before the 15weeks of training.
