thanks. It was held at the 7 feathers casino in canyonville oregon. great show. biggest show they have ever had 138 entries. most were figure. but about 60-70 guys from juniour novice masters and open. great venue. try to make it out there next year to watch. It was sold out!

I didn't end up competing unfortunately this competition. I got really sick three weeks ago, then on top of that, sprained my ankle bad enough to end up not beng able to squat or lunge for a week. I didn't want to compete not at my best so I'm looking forward to the next one now. I think I'll be at the seven feathers this October, maybe we can run house there!

The thing is, i am a natural endo-mesomorph. so unless i watch every single morself of food i consume, i aint keeping lean. In fact, for me to get lean, i have to damn near kill myself on the cardio front and eat a measly ammount of food, and i am just tired of it. For now, i am going to take so time off and see what i want to do

I can't really say...I've never blogged or journaled anything in my life. I may start one in future though. Right now I'm working on creating my website so that's taking up a lot of my time.
