How I Started:
I got tired of being the size I was. I was into sports as a kid. When I stopped playing and sitting on the computer instead, I gained the weight. Plus, I got pregnant and that added more weight. At 153lbs I was tired of it. Working on becoming a better me every day now.
Why I Love It:
Anyone can indulge in life and ruin their body. It takes the smart people to understand that you must take care of your body first and indulge last. I love the results I've been seeing. I look forward to seeing the better me of tomorrow.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have always been a determined person. If I want something, I tend to try my best to achieve it. I know it is up to me and only me to achieve the best from myself. If I aim for anything less, I will be hindering my own possibility.

The less I think about trying to lose the weight, the easier it seems to lose the weight. It's of course hard to leave the stuff out of my mind. I think I'm doing fairly nicely though. I'm down - what 17lbs. I am happy with my weight, but I'm not 100% satisfied. I think I could lose another...
Yeah I hear ya on veggies.......my body doesn't handle sugar well so I'm thinkin I'll just watch everything loosely but focus on cutting sugar. Have a great weekend!
