How I Started:
I've been working out for awhile but mostly just doing cardio. I saw that my upper body is not as toned and proportional to my lower body and I wanted to change that. I started lifting at the beginning of this month(April 2009).
Why I Love It:
I like to set goals for myself and work hard to achieve them

Hey i know how hard it is to stray from a good diet but when chicken and other healthy foods taste great you cant go wrong. This winter i have made a plan and so far have stuck to it i walk 3 1/2 miles to work and back home each day to keep my cardo up if you can it helps. EricLittle,
