3 meals and 2 mini meals!
This is my foundation. I have a caloric intake plan in place. This is what I try to eat, but my days include meals and protein drinks.

I started a new diet on Jan.14th. Participating in MHP MYO-X Transformation Challenge! 90days!
This is what I am taking at the moment.
Pre-workout - MYO- X (take 12 hours before I workout). Superpump 250 or Full Blown XXX - add in my drink 5 grams of micronized creatine- creapure
Intra- sip on BCAA's
Post-Workout - mix whey protein isolate and 2 scoops of weight gainers, and add add'l glutamine, glycine,
Foundational Supps (take throughout day)! Muti-vitamin, vit c, d, e, cinnamon, garlic, cla, enyzmes, and probiotics.
Bedtime- 8-15 grams of fiber with 8-10oz water.
