i hate having a high metab sometimes because it takes me a long time to bulk and its really difficult for me to put on weight. ive been really slack this week by not eating enough because work has been a bit hectic but i'm back on track now.
how much do you need to loose?
i prefer front squats too for some reason i mate squats but think deadlifts rock!
how did you manage to nearly F**k up your hand

i dont have to worry about dieting because i have a high metabolism but i can guess how shit it must be.
things are ok with me just trying to keep pushing myself but i really need to bring my chest and legs up but its not all that easy.

genetics, low body fat, FLEX a lot. really deep hard flexs. do flexing routines holdin them for 20-30 secs then changing poses. also lots of oranges (high in nitric oxide production)
