Help and encourage others and not making the same mistakes I did
Goal (Long):
First of all I wan't to say I'm happy to have found a serious sight about bodybuilding.
I'm not an expert and I never competed but I did train for bodybuilding between age 17 and 26, and those were the happiest days of my life, to see and feel my body change and getting stronger.
For that joy I had, I hope I can encourage all to go further to build themselves bigger and stronger. There are no impossible cases, everybody can be bigger and feel better.
To suggest a little here and there that works makes me happy too, since I take most of it from my own experience, both what worked and what didn't.
Bodybuilding is a great sport!
One last thing: "The Dirty Old Man" outside the gyms is never me!
your comment did not make me angry it was just pretty offensive to be told my pic was not worthy of being rated as a bodybuilding pic. i mean i know im not huge and im not massive but ive gained 21 lbs which i would think is pretty decent gains.
you may not see it fit as a bodybuilding picture but it is.. i have gained 21 lbs since i dropped boxing and started bodybuilding.. your kind of people do not make sence.. The Whole Term "Body Building" If I Was Already Massive Would I Need To Body Build? But Just Becuz I Have A Small Frame That Makes Me Not A BodyBuilder? EVERYONE Has To Start Somewhere.
hey, thanks again...i was atually alot leaner than i am before i started my bulk, but luckily i really haven't gained a whole lot of fat thus far.I'm working on my diet, trying to get into more of a clean bulk so hopefully that will help too
hey man, thanks again. yes your right i have a long way to go still but i've already come along way! its good words from people like you that keep so many people like me going. i appreciate the input!
