I can see such a difference from when you began. Your latest pics are great! You are a very lovely lady. Keep up the good work and continue to compete. That's what keeps us motivated!
I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you have proven that with hard work and dedication it can be done. Keep up the great work. I look forward to watching your continuing progress. You are a great example to so many others.
Hey lady! WHERE ARE THE PICTURES??!! How was the comp? Okay, you've put on the post-comp weight. Now, we reel it in. I've had to ban crackers because I can't get enough of them!
thank you thank you ;-) I have implemented a lot more supersetting to my program as well as plyometric work. So far so good. Trying not to get as lean (skinny) as I did last show. The judges seem to be looking for "fuller" girls not so muscular and ripped.
Nice shape on those legs Chica! Thanks for allowing me to inspire you. That alone inspires me. Keep pressing girl. We are in this for life. 50lbs AWESOME!!!! You are HOT! keep in touch.-MUAH-MJ
Thank you:) I actually went through NASM(national academy of sports medicine) I think there are many that are good, but this one is recognized by a lot of gyms and after my research I thought this was best for me;) You should do it chica!
thanks for the comment! I knew atleast one person would know how I felt. Its just hard because so much is centered around that number on the scale, and I always catch people off guard with it!
Thank you so much :-) Now let me see if I can remember. 1st place - end left blue suit, 2nd place - next to me (left) blue suit, 3rd place - next to me (right) orange suit and then the other 2 I don't know. The picture shown was for Master's Over 30. I didn't even place in this class. I placed 5th on Open Figure Class C.
