Today, for the first time in a while, I am proud of myself. I ate clean the whole day. worked out. It was really a good day for me. A good way to start my battle again. I am so sick of being a fatass. The time is now to change. I am really excited! woot woot.

Progress is going oookkkkaaayyy. I keep messing up the diet and my daughters dad is back in town and living with us and has made it a little stressful 4 me... esp bc he can eat whatever... owell... I can overcome this. HOw are you?
