to help me overcome my addictions i jumped back in the gym
Why I Love It:
the feeling you get when you start off the day with a good workout....and the results of course...
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing results, changing up my music, having people notice how much healthier i look now... actually being proud of my body for once. now i'm getting closer to my personal training certification and want to look the part.
gain a few more lbs of lean mass, build on upper body. preparing for competition near end of summer
Goal (Long):
to be able to balance this lifestyle with a hectic schedule at such a crucial turning point in my life....be consistent and not let anything or anybody get in my way...to be happy and healthy....to see just how hard i can push myself

Yes
Why or why not?
I don't eat like this normally, if it wasn't for a competition they'd be worried!

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
If I can do it, you can. The hardest part is getting there and if you can stick it out for that first month or two, you'll be hooked on results, almost guaranteed.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
As of now I have a 4-5 day split, shoulder-biceps, triceps-chest, back-abs, leg day. would i be screwing up if i add an extra day to legs? for ex: calves-quads one day and hams-glutes the next? of course keeping a min. of two days of rest every week? or is it best to do my legs on one day alone?...
I agree totally about the food thing, I could eat forever, but really have to control it all if I want to stay in shape! That's probably the hardest part. How was your weekend?
I agree with you, afternoons suck, mornings are best, I usually get after it first thing after I get up. Things are good here, working and missing out on the great weather today, but headin to the lake right after to enjoy the remainder of the day! Otherwise all i srigh tin the world, thanks for asking! How's thing's with you? How did work go for you today? And your studying?

Excited and scarced is just the way you should be, keeps you focused and on track. That's great that your trying competing out, takes a lot to do it, I hope it turns out positive for you, and I'm sure your trainer will have to put up with a bunch more as you start to diet really hard!
Cool, I have a place in Wintergarden, go there during the winter for a few days at a time, can't beat the winters in Florida! No time for play! You gotta make time at least a little, otherwise you'll go nuts, helps put everything in perspective and helps to refocus...
many women think they're too much, but I think they'll look great on you.
and you've already got quite some muscle on you, so you'll get the ripped abs :)
