hey bro how are ya ? I am doing good.. had to take some time off to recuperate but i am back at it swimming lifting and running I am doing weights and cardio almost every day . still gunning for 8-10 bf for myself

hey DEL ... go to my thread and go to pagfe two (2) and look for a post "Split A & B" do split B when you can't get to the gym , trust me you'll geta good ab burn and chest workout on those off days from you main progarm that I gave you
and how long you have been training (how many days a week , how many months) are you able to do cardio stuff and weight training ? whats your level of comfort with weights etc ? I need to know where you are in the gym journey .. i can give you a plan for a beginner and for a next level up to hit your goals (which are the same as mine) I need some more info to make that call tho.
