My goal is to compete in the 2007 Utah Spring Classic and take overall figure.
Goal (Long):
Having an ectomorphic body type, I've always struggled to put size onto my legs and arms. My back is my strongest feature, but my glutes and hamstring are weak. My goal is to put size on my legs and biceps. In order to compete at a national level I must be bigger.
Great job on being a mom of 3 and also looking hot. usually the two don't necessarily go together, but you make it look easy. Good luck on your goal to add more muscle to your legs and arms.
You look great good luck on the 2007 Spring classic! Im sure we know some of the people involved in the Utah competitions. I work with some of them. Best of luck!
