How I Started: Seeing posters of fitness models in a gym which changed my whole prespective on women and lifting in the fitness industry.
Why I Love It: I love it because it brings me peace from within. It is my sweet haven where I relieve stress and it helps me tackle my day.

Im starting at 134lbs; Muscles need to be more fuller and tighter. At this point weight is not an issue, need to put on a bit of masss than lean out to a low bodyfat.
about 3 months of hardcore dieting and training is paying off

Elliptical because it gives me an intense workout for a total body conditioning.

Okay I finally know what show I will be doing this year. The first will be the Garden State on July 12, 2008 which is a qualifier. My contest prep start as of tomorrow, Monday 4/7/08. Im about 14 weeks out. Im so excited. This year 2008 is my year!!! i plan to come out on top and blow...
