How I Started:
I have been working out off and on for about 10 years but never anything serious or dedicated. I got tired of huffing and puffing to just walk up the stairs for I started to be consistent.
After seeing some reduction in my fat gut, my daughters and wife kept encouraging me. So now I intend on losing as much of the fat as possible.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel alive. It makes me feel good about myself and I know it will help me live longer. After all, my kids will need a hero....why not let that be me?!
How I Stay Motivated:
Pictures. I will take pictures of myself every week and post them.
BB Accomplishments:
I have dropped over 15% bodyfat without crash diets and while gaining muscle over the last year. I still have another 18% to lose.

Goal (Long):
My goal is to continue working out and eating right so that by the end of the 2007 summer, I can see my abs and for the first time ever, not be embarrassed to to take me shirt off in public.
Good day today for the diet. Seeing some change on the scale but of course it is small so far. Did treadmill for 35 minutes this morning on 3 incline. Not sure about weights tonight. Depends on when the wife gets home since we have a 2 year old to watch.
