To end up at my goal weight, I'm wanting to build up to 230 pounds and then start my cutting phase down to 205 pounds, give or take. Currently, I am at 220 pounds so I think being 230 pounds by November (about a pound per week) and then cutting to 210 by my birthday next May is a realistic goal.
In addition, I want bigger arms (about 18'') and a six pack (which I had before I started gaining weight). I would also like to build my 2-rep max bench press to at least 315 pounds.
