I finally have a consistent training partner now, thank god. Its time to get serious now. I injured my shoulder two months ago, but it is ready to go now. My goal is to cut weight and gain lean muscle mass. Plus getting prepared for my NPTI Certif
Goal (Long):
I wan't to compete in a bodybulding competition within 3 years. If I keep up with my diet and cardio, I will reach this point. I have the muscle mass now its time to get shredded. I should be around about 170 before I would even think about entering a amateur bodybuilding competition.
The hammer curl workout on here for building bigger biceps. Using three working sets of hammer curls on an incline bench while super setting and using the x-rep theory. Works great.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Close Grip Bench Presses
Triceps Dips
Skull Crushers
Triceps Pushdown
Three working sets for each exercise. Also throwing in forced reps and the rest pause theory helps.
