i always want to have a body so that i can impress others.but because of my skinny figure i always remain unnoticed in presence of others. only because of this thing my confidense level is low. i have already started my workouts with full dedication and consistency.i want 70-72kg weight with full pack muscles and six pack abs.

No problem. You'll do fine. Your lean build will serve you well because you won't have to spend time losing fat. And small waist and joints look great when the muscle mass really starts showing.

You've already gained approximately 3.2 kg of muscle, you're doing great! Gaining impressive muscle is more like a marathon than a sprint.

yeah bro i gained alot from it to be honest, im getting alot more weight from it without fat. my metabolism is way high right now but it shouldnt be a problem if i were you
