Ey thanks, you've done a good work too :).
Hmm, some pointers? I think the most important things are being constant and patient. Rushing for it may work sometimes but there's a high chance of getting tired and give up. Remove sugars and animal fats from your diet. Eat complex carbohydrates(rice, pasta, legumes) and vegetal fats but not too much, lots of vegetables and fruits and an appropriate ammount of protein (i think it's 2-3 grs per Kg).. Hope this will help you. All the best!
Thank you so much for adding me, I am flattered. I looked at your progress pictures, and it is amazing! Keep taking those for yourself. I am on month 7 of my transformation. I see we are also the same height. I know your success is inspiration by itself, but please know I am rooting for you too. All my best, Jen
