Basketball is more my thing now. Even though, thats where I tend to get hurt the most. I think I'll do like your doing and get into marathons eventually. Thats a whole different type of training. Not easy.

im using the rope crunches, the way you did them. im using the arm wrap leg raise, the oblique cable twists, and im doing decline 25lb situps. The roman chairs are tough and so are the way that you do the swiss ball - V......I'm trying to just hammer away at the ones I am able to do. I also do 30 lb DB between the feet hanging knee raises.
