I simply want to be better, I want to be about 80 lbs lighter and stronger than all get out. I stay motivated because I have a vision in my head, a goal if you were, about where I want to be. I punishment myself daily to get to that goal, and I love every minute of it!

MaybeMoreAbs Hello, I hope you are doing well this summer. As others have said, its a change in lifestyle. For example, I am cutting the grass with my manual (push) mower this year. The gas-fumes-spewing Honda is in the basement, unused. So I'm keeping the environment cleaner while also losing weight and building my legs. Little things like that make a difference. Ultimate Genetics Dont put a time limit on your weight loss, take it slow and steady and if you dont lose as much weight as you want in a given time dont beat yourself up. Make exercise fun, try to enjoy it. Half the battle when it comes to fitness is in the mind so be strong mentally and the rest will follow.
