Overall I'm doing good. Just trying to stay focused and hoping to see some results soon. Luckily my body responds really well to exercise if I'm consistent (got to stay clear away from the sweets). One day I'll have abs and arms like yours. I will, I will!!! LOL. How is your holiday season going?

Hey lady, you're looking really good and you can see a lot of progress. Look at those calves! I'm doing so much better and I'm working my diet and exercise to the hilt. It's been a rough couple of months and luckily I haven't gained too much more weight. Thanks for checking up on me. I check out your profile ever so often for inspiration and I know we're strong women who will never give up until we reach our goals. I'm in for the long haul. Take care and keep up the good work!

wow, you can really see the increased definition in your arms and legs and it looks like you have lost weight and have firmed up. no way am i giving up even though this last injury has set me back. knee is getting much better and i should be back in the game full force beginning this week. thanks for remembering me and keep up the great work. we'll get there!

Hi there, congrats on your progress. you can really see a difference in your new pics. i haven't been doing too well. i've had a set back with a knee injury and it's really taken a toll with my exercise program. i've switched to pilates for now for low impact and i'm losing weight but slowly. i hope to be able to post a progress pic that actually shows progress soon. keep up the good work!!!

Thank you so much for the encouraging words. I look at your profile and I'm am in awe at how much you have accomplished. I'm doing the BFL plan and that Lipo 6 is a life savior when it comes to the exercise.

yep, we are basically at the same place and boy, I can't believe i put that pic up but it's a way of me forcing myself into reality. And I agree with you - we can't give up! Stayed on plan all day. Woohoo! It seems so much easier for me when I'm home. Maybe it's because it's less stressful. So thanks for being my buddy and email me whenever you need to vent or just need some support.

Errol, thank you so much for your words of encouragement and you and your wife are such a motivators for me. I also struggle with arthritis and have had a knee replacement so I know how challenging it must be for both of you - but you persisted and look at the rewards. I can only pray that I can achieve half of what you both have achieved. It's fantastic! Thank you again.
