Where do you get your workout programs?
At home. Currently, taking a 30 min. brisk walk as soon as I get home everyday. 6 days a week, add a 30 minutes of cardio & weight train 3-4 times/week alternating upper and lower body workouts.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I really have to talk to myself and constantly visualize how great I am going to feel and look if I dedicate myself.
That is greaat you are doing the Body for life.I think you will stick to your plan or I will constantly harass you, lol. So probably be easier just to stay focused on your plan,:). Btw,can't wait to see those pics but especially if you see those progress pics they will help you stay focused.Thank you for the compliments.
How have you been? You said that the drama in your life is over and you're ready to start up again - yeah! I've recently found the motivation to fine tune my diet and increase my cardio. I really want to lose those last 20 pounds! Never give up!
Thank you I am slowly moving in the right direction.I am sorry to hear about your knee;I know how you feel after a few weeks of running my ankle started hurt although I don't think it was as bad as your knee.Good luck in with your workout & success;cause you know we got to get that progress picture page filled out.:)
Hi, bummer about the knee injury. I'm feeling a bit under the weather today, so I skipped my workout. I have a big weekend of performing coming up, so I thought I better rest in case I have a touch of the flu. I can't afford that!
I'm finally getting my diet under control and starting to see results again. I just have to keep it up. Do what you can for now, just don't give up!
Hi, how are you doing with your goals? I just uploaded new photos. I don't have the courage to to ab shots yet, but I will when you can see some progress. I'm not losing any weight, maybe some fat, but not much, but the muscles are really starting to show - yeah! I just need to tighten up the diet a little more. Sigh....Oh well, I can do it.
You said you do better when you are home, I'm just the opposite. If I'm out, but I plan for my eating I do really well when I'm not home. I tend to "graze" at home. It's more tempting to eat a handful of crackers or something not on my diet than going to a fast food joint or buying a treat while I'm out. I hope you have a great week! Check out my recent blogs for my lastest info.
I can only imagine how hard you must struggle, but I am glad to see that you are winning and not letting it dictate your life. I believe that you will do great and if you ever feel the need please, feel free to get in touch as I would be honoured to be able to assist you in any way you thought I could. Remember: “Sometimes our greatest battles, are with our own minds.”
My wife and I know where you are coming from & know that you can make your fitness dreams come true. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I needed body transformations and we got them following the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% bodyfat to 10% and my wife went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6. Push yourself and you will get where you want to be and the results will be well worth the effort. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
