Workout Program:
oh fook! This is complicated!!

If I have time, then its a 2 day split, Back/Biceps/Abs, and then Chest/Shoulders/Triceps, then legs are done bout once a week when I can fit them in!!

As for cardio, bit of jogging couple of times a week. Sometimes I go far, sometimes I don't!!

If times tight that week and I only get to train once, its a full body workout, followed by some cardio!!

I dont really get too hung up if I miss a day, I just work harder the following day!!
