How I Started:
Cause I was always the fat guy at school, then got even fatter at uni, until my housemate took me to the gym one day and made me pay for every unhealthy meal I had ever eaten! The pain of that first lesson lived on for longer than a week, I named that guy the 'Colonel' and made it my mission never to look back!
Why I Love It:
Heaps loads more energy and the sudden change of expression when old friends see me after a long time! Hell my current girlfriend who was an oldfriend at the time before my transformation didnt even recognise me afterwards!
How I Stay Motivated:
Surronding myself with things that embody health and fitness!! Bodybuildng.com being one of them! Podcasts, articles, forums etc!
BB Accomplishments:
I think every scar and stretchmark is an accomplishment that reminds me eveyday what I once was!!

Goal (Long):
My overall goal is to gain enough free time in my diary to allow me to train to to become competitive within the realms of weightlifting, particularly unequiped powerlifting. The ultimate test of strength in the form of 3 very unique events!! And at somestage along the way,to educate myself a little more by taking relevant fitness exams! All of these dreams currently being crushed by crazy working hours and on-the-job professional exams!!

If I have time, then its a 2 day split, Back/Biceps/Abs, and then Chest/Shoulders/Triceps, then legs are done bout once a week when I can fit them in!!
As for cardio, bit of jogging couple of times a week. Sometimes I go far, sometimes I don't!!
