How I Started:
I realized that I was weak as hell and I wanted to change that. I was skinny and tall and it was quite embarrassing at how much weight I could do. Ever since that day I never wanted to be weak again.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel that I am achieving something that is healthy for my body, and that every week I am improving.
How I Stay Motivated:
Workout with friends, and I hate not reaching my goals that I set for myself

My main goal is to gain lean muscle until I'm around 190 lbs. I want the body that everyone wants to die for. Their is no better feeling than doing what you love to do, and reaching goals that you set for yourself in the weight room. In all honesty, if you are dedicated enough, and put your mind towards anything you want to achieve, anything can be done.
