thanks for the advices and sharing your rotine with me.its just like i train.i mean exactly the way i train. the next thing i want to know is that do you train dayily?and what about your cardio routine?i train for about 40 to 60 min a training day.how much you do? take care bro and keep me inform.

i train with one day cardio and other day weight training and after six days rests completely on Sunday. because you know its summer coming up so we better make a slight change in our plan. yo have got good natural physic no doubt.
