i had to lose weight to join Pakistan Army.
after i was Not Recommended.I thought i should not left it cause i started liking it.
So,now i am in Gym three times a week.
Why I Love It:
It makes me Feel Confident.
I am getting good results.
Not a lot of time consuming as compared to Cricket.

it was when i did bodybuilding around about 4 months with the weifht of 160.0 punds.
with the size of 13.2 inches.i improved till now about 15.0 inces.
my brother took this picture and he thinks that i have become a little bit defined now.weighing same as 91 KG,200.6 pounds exactly.

Thanks for the comment. I'm from Karachi .. still there.. I workout heavy and intense at the same time but I do change my routine every 3-4 weeks. Last month I did I did a superset routine so as to give my body a different experience. But now Im back to the Max-Routines again. Mainly compound exercises with 5-6 rep range but with full Range of motion
