Picked up a weight. Working out in high school was like an on again off again type thing. Would hang out with the older guys and lift with them. Then I would see progress and get distracted by other things. My life took a huge spiral downwards and working out was never on the top of my list anymore. I made a lot of bad decisions in the past. But the past is just that, the past. NOW is nothing but the gym and everyone that is apart of this lifestye. Wouldn't trade the feelings for anything in the world. Thanks for everyones motivation. Keep hittin it hard
Why I Love It:
Because there are no games. Everything is there in Plain black ink. You bust your a** and you will get what you want. If you really think about it, Your body is the only thing in your life that you can truly mold to your liking. I've been working on a masterpiece and thank everyone for wanting to be a part of it.
How I Stay Motivated:
People on bodyspace for sure is a big motivational tool. You look at the progress others have made and it makes you want to work harder. You see someone that looks great or has something totally better than you and it makes you strive to be the same or better. This is hard work, its not easy, and thats why I love it. I'm focused. And its on something I love.
BB Accomplishments:
I worked up the confidence to get my butt on stage this year. That in itself is a major accomplishment for me.

To become a leader in some part of the fitness industry
Goal (Long):
I want to hit 220 pounds by the end of this year or by the beginning of february 2010 and then build under that and on top of it until the first dieting preperation starts. Even though competing scared me I've got to do it again. Its the rush. And I know I can do better.
She works very hard for herself but most importantly she is such a sweetheart. She can bring a smile to anyone's face and a real genuine sense of humor. All around great person. Keep it up Miss Kris. And watch those doors:)
So its the off season and I'm really hitting it hard in the gym. Plan on doing a few shows in 2010 and am really hitting my weak areas a lot. My legs need to come up big time so really hitting them like never before. Almost starting to like it. Anyway, if anyone has any opinions on...
