hi pier thanks for comment, i recently moved country to New Zealand, iv mad some good progress here, iv gone from 74kg to 80 in 2 months iv a compitition in august (NABBA) its my 1st so bulking up now losing some definition but i know its al part of game. cant wait til comp. how have you been getting on?

Iv recently been sick for 2 weeks, so missed hell of a lot of training, both gym and in the ring.
What u been up too bro.

I got a bit of fitness modelling lined up in Aug ,cant wait. have you done any yourself?

at moment man its all iron, i do play soccer probably twice a weak and i run bout like a man on fire so i count that as cardio. il be puting my chest and ab wrkout up 2mo

thats it man, iv noticed big gains in strength also, i deadlifted 280lbs the other day n got 2 reps outta it was achievement for me.

i started back training seriously bout 2 months ago and the i weighed 69kg(152lbs) and since then iv one up to 75kg(165lbs) so just 11 Lbs of muscle which is good considering iv only started eating properly last 3weeks!
I want to reach 180-190 lbs to compete seriousl but im gonna try some junior comps just for experiance.
Wat bout you what you aiming for?

HEY MAN, IM 6F 2", 165LBS.
Good thing bout us skinny dudes is we pack on cut muscle not just plain bulk!
Make sure your lifting heavu on your last set, for instance when im doing incline Db presses for my chest my last set is 30kg(65lbs) where i can just push out 6 sometimes even failing and needing tat lil bit of assistance. you'l get shredded doing it this way man, its worked for me :)

Im doing good at momentiv been eating a lot more protein so my bodyfat has gone up fast over last 2-3weeks so abs starting to fade, tink its time for some dreaded cardio :(. iv kinda neglected my legs aswel, iv played soccer all my life and naturally had bigish legs and tool it for granted.gotta start now.
you look very impressive in photos, i love your stomach, if only there were women as dedicated and good looking over here!!!
