Fit Status:
really starting to get seperation in chest now
I was always skinny and conscience of it so i finally put my mind to gaining muscle and someday soon competing with wat iv worked hard for.
Why I Love It:
I also love bodybuilding cause its a lifestyle, a dedication which keeps me focus.Iv had lots and i mean lots of interests ( MMA Snooker, racing soccer parkour, you name it) but bodybuilding just feels right to me its my purpose i beleive,im only starting but Give me few years and il make sure im known. I have to excel myself in this feild! its my passion!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Critising myself,posing to encourage me. also my training partner Graham who wants the same goals as me so we push each other to limits!
Id also love to model speacially in fitness but to model in general..
Most important My mother who i love dearly also ways provides that Solid sense of believe and accomplishment which strenghtens my heart and keeps me determined!
BB Accomplishments:
Adding 3 inches to my arms and finally filling out my t-shirts, gaining 5kg(10lbs) of muscle in 3 months training and starting to like what i see in mirror!

Goal (Long):
At moment im 73.4Kg and 8% BF,
Im beginning to see results in my body and really want that bulk but ripped look just like Stan McQuay or one the Spartans out of 300!
My strenght gains have rose dramactically from barely benching 40kg 8 months ago to benching 90KG last week.
Im naturally low in bodyfat and always had difinintion but was always skinny so im going to add another 15Kg (35lbs) of mass but keep my difinition.
This may take a while but time is all i have!!!

Because i laid my goals in solid concrete that way and im not going to fail in front of the ones i love, i now have a audience to prove myself to!!

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Look at other who you think have it or picture those who said you would never have it then smash tat negitivity outta the park.

o.k o.k 1st I do all movements with abs legs tight but knees soft. i keep full body tension. no sloppy form. you may need to drop your wieghts using this technique. standard hanging knee lifts.
also the #1 killer all round builder the old school press-up (wide&close).
I credit most of my gain from this sample looked over movement. trust me twice a week you rock out sets of (20-50reps) till you hit 300+ you'll be hurting too!!!
enviable lean muscle mass man. great definition--shouldn't be hard for you to add the mass. read your back workout--do you do any cardio or is it all iron?
