Goal (Long):
to lose weight and i went from 183 to 162. Now im trying to continue my weight loss and get down to somewhere in the low 150's. i would like to tone up everything too.
lol yes you read it right I wanted advice from trainers or ppl who have achieved it. I lost a lot of weight and lost some hips and butt so im trying to get it back. My question is will doing heavy sets and low reps work or after time will it just be all straight muscle and hard. Another...
