Transform My Body
Goal (Overall):
Drop as much fat as possible over the next 3 months.
Goal (Long):
I want to eat extremely clean and really focus on shedding some fat for the next 3 months. After that I'd like to change gears. Continue to eat clean but bump up the calories a bit and try to increase lean mass for the following 3 months. After that i'll look at my starting pics and decide if this round was a failure or not.

I want to LOSE 40 lb
