i'm trying a cutting phase=need to reduce the bf. tossing iron is going well, i've even added cardio. now if i can get my freakin' diet undercontrol i'll make some gains...

I take creatine off and on. only 5 grams a day. i posted my diet in my blog and my workout is in my workout section, check it out there, but it looks like you doing good bro!

Supplements don't work too good on me. I like my magical bulking herb combined with lots of quality food and lifting hard enough to keep me sore 24/7 that's all my secrets.
