How I Started:
From working out with my PT. He use to compete and trains others for shows. He also promotes shows 2x yr. I was doing really good. Until almost a year ago I had a knee injury and I had to stop doing what I loved. I got sad, disappoitned and started eating again. I but back all the weight I had lost.
My 'second' start was two weeks ago. I just got tired of being plus a size.
Why I Love It:
Over all I love challenges. I love to see the results from putting in effort.
How I Stay Motivated:
Communicating with others with similar goals. Reading any and all fitness materials I can get my hands on. And by going to competitions.
BB Accomplishments:
Being able to do a set of male push ups. When I first started I coudln't eve do a female push up.

Goal (Long):
Short term :I want to loose 40lbs by the winter time and gain muscle defintion.
Long term goals... to maintain a health BMI in order to compete in fitness/body building shows.
