Any brand name...as long as its great quality. If you wanna lean out and gain muscle...check out my BLOG. It can possible assist you. The goal is to get your metabolism in gear.....My guidelines can get you there. CArdio in the morning on an empty stomach will lean you out, but you have to cut complex carb consumption after 630 pm. Thats the trick.

Creatine Monohydrate makes your body retain a lot of water...taking away your ability to tone down. Now, Creatine Ethyl Ester...does not make you retain water and goes straight to the muscle rather than sitting underneath the epidermis.....

For chest I always begin with Incline Press, either dumbell or barbell; but I usually do around 15 working sets. I try to to a press movement, then a flying movement, then another press and then pullovers (for the rib cage) or dips.

that sounds good. just watch the carbs and try to consume them in the morning and no other carbs for the rest of the day. That will get you ripped. Mell
