For chest I always begin with Incline Press, either dumbell or barbell; but I usually do around 15 working sets. I try to to a press movement, then a flying movement, then another press and then pullovers (for the rib cage) or dips.

that sounds good. just watch the carbs and try to consume them in the morning and no other carbs for the rest of the day. That will get you ripped.

yeah I was taking Hydroxycut Hardcore (this was before they pulled it from the shelves). I never had any problems with it but I always took it the way it was recomended.

I don't recommend taking a burner while your bulking. Just tighten up your diet as much as possible, add a day or two of High Intensity Interval Training and keep that midsection tight.

That's one of things that occur when you bump up the calories to gain mass. A fat loss supp really want work without changing your nutrition and increasing your cardio :(

i belive its natural but watch out for the calories dont over load your body because that might by the reason why you are storing alittle size in your stomach.

Not sure...I can maintain my size with around 3000 calories and I weigh 245. I guess it depends on your metabolism and activity level.

400 prot, 250 carb and 500 fat would be over 7000 calories....hopefully you meant 50G of fat.
