Yup, mass, fat loss etc...xmas shopping, yes am on that too. This year, thank god we're staying put, in our own house, I'll be doing the spread so that's lotsa work, but I'll also not be travelling anywhere so that counters the food prep :)

5 days, sometimes just 4. but including cardio I total 3 - 4 hrs a day. gymnastics mostly these days! I have enough muscle for my needs, I did the heavy lifting and ate A LOT of protein. Now I just want a functional body. No nite out.. you?
For chest I always begin with Incline Press, either dumbell or barbell; but I usually do around 15 working sets. I try to to a press movement, then a flying movement, then another press and then pullovers (for the rib cage) or dips.
that sounds good. just watch the carbs and try to consume them in the morning and no other carbs for the rest of the day. That will get you ripped.
