coolaney Hi bud.My goal is to cut up a bit but also put on muscle.Went on the EAS body for life last year.Lost 7kgs 89kg to 82kg.But lost to much muscle.You guys advocate the supplements brand you were using and was wondering how effective they were.Also what diet plan did you stick to bud.Thanx for any advice Jul 26, 2009 2:54am
