Hey retard,
I don't understand why you would neg me when my post was very honest and respectful. I did'nt continue on, I posted an observation and stated it was up to the op if he wanted to clear it up. The other kid who started it was respectful to in his question. Thats the beauty of the forums, to cut thru the bull**** that the magazines offer. And the op did respond to it.

that 120kg for 8 sounds massive!!
remember when you said "your taking routine advice from a girl"? well since then i ahve got stronger all almost everything lol. have a look at my workout log it is my new workout!
power cleans today: 70kgx8!!! i got the video but phone ****ed up, wierd to think in january i couldnt even lift 70kg once haha

hey, bnched 80kg x6 twice quite happy with it it was my one rep max in january!! when i get gown to BW 80kg it will be more impressive! heres my diet at the moment: Percentages
Carbohydrate:35%
P rotein:50%
Fat:11%
Saturated Fat:4%
to much carbohydrate???
