How I Started:
I started with just diet/weight loss. I lost 100 lbs! I began going to Curves, then joined a gym. I wanted to lose more weight and build more muscle.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel strong and better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
By trying to improve daily on my previous accomplishments. This journey has had its ups and downs, but I AM DETERMINED to reach my goals!!!
BB Accomplishments:
I've lost a total of 44 inches over my body this past year (2008). Diet, cardio and now lifting to increase progress. (2009)I've lost more weight and built muscle. Feeling stronger every day!

My fitness goal is to lose 40 pounds of fat within one year and increase the muscle that I currently have.
