Reason: I have taken it before and worked great for me! .. I switched to other products .. and to reiterate what I have written previously - all our bodies are similar though the chemistry is different makeup .. - understanding physiology it would make sense .. so to not go into intricate detail .. I have tried other products and have determined that the dosage I take ( which is less than recommended cause of my weight ) and in cycles it works awesome .. however only if exercising and enough water is accommodated .. which is done.. :)
